One of our key differences is that we offer a custom design service. ย Create your dream jewelry, whether itโs a custom engagement ring or something else.ย Our custom design service saves you time and money while meeting all of your needs.ย We will provide you with a CAD -Computer Aided Design like the one shown here.ย This is a drawing of your ring that is created in computer software.
The CAD is not a final representation of your ring. The CAD is meant to show the cast of the wax, not the metal. So think of a CAD like a bulky, cartoon version of your ring.ย For example the prongs are always shown above the center stone, because we need to shave them down by hand.ย ย There is more metal than needed when the ring is cast to ensure there is enough metal in the prongs.
The finished product will be much more refined and polished than the CAD.
