Shipping Times For Backorder and Customized Orders

• Shipping For Items In Stock For Deliveries in Thailand: Allow 1-3 working days for all areas in Thailand.
• For Most Other Countries: Choose either registered mail (please allow up to 15 – 18 working days for international shipping for items in stock) or courier service (please allow 5 – 7 working days for international shipping for items in stock). *The above delivery timeframes do not apply to backorder products.
• Shipping Times For Backorder and Customized Orders:  Please note all ‘backorders’ and customized ring sizes will take 2-4 weeks to fulfil using courier or up to 4 – 5 weeks with registered mail.  *If your order contains both products in stock and ‘backorders’ then all items will be shipped together, when all items are ready for dispatch.
• Ordering jewelry from the Desert Diamonds online shop is very easy and safe. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, where you can choose to pay securely by Bank Transfer or Paypal/Credit Card.
• If you prefer, you can contact your local Desert Diamonds distributor directly by telephone or email to place an order.

*NOTE: During Christmas season delivery times can take a bit longer. Order early to avoid disappointment, allow 6 weeks for registered mail.

Packaging

We take pride in presentation and your order will arrive in our stylish Desert Diamonds packaging. You can request a gift card to be sent with your order.

Payment and taxes

We offer the choice of payment via bank transfer or Paypal. You don’t have to sign up for Paypal, you can simply use your credit card using the Paypal function.

If your payment method is bank transfer, you will be then given the account details for you to make a transfer from your bank account. The order will be processed as soon as payment goes through.

If you select payment via Paypal, you will be taken to the secure PayPal site to enter your payment details.

Orders will be shipped once your payment has been cleared.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Thai Baht and where appropriate are exclusive of delivery charge and any sales tax at the current rate.  

Currency Converter disclaimer. The shop “Currency Converter” is linked to yahoo.com and updated daily, but should be used for informational purposes only. Checkout/purchases use the store’s currency (Thai Baht).

Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Delivery time

DD Global Ltd will contact you within 3 working days of placing your order to confirm availability and estimated delivery time. Your jewelry order should be shipped within 10 -15 working days of receiving your cleared payment (5 days for silver product and 10-15 days for gold product, backorders and other customizations), subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, or available only by special order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option to cancel your order at that stage and receive a full refund if you would rather not wait. For urgent orders, please contact DD Global Ltd via our contact page or by email after submitting your order.

Delivery time will depend on the country in which you live. Generally FedEx express services deliver between 5 – 7  working days. 

Thailand Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being accepted, to arrive with

Thailand customers within seven working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
