From the moment we walked into the shop, Sally was so cheerful and eager to help us find exactly what we needed.

My wife and I spent three hours discussing which option suited us best in terms of diamond quality, and whether we should go for Silver, Gold, or other options.

Sally explained all the prices for each product, including CZs, Moissanite, Lab Diamonds, and the costs for Silver, 9K White Gold, 14K White Gold, and 18K White Gold.

This was a lot of work we asked Sally to do, but she gracefully found the prices for all the different options to make us comfortable.

Sally made us feel at ease. We were offered tea and water.

Throughout, Sally was incredibly kind and a pleasure to do business with.

Cliche as it sounds, I am only rating five stars because I can’t rate any higher.

Working with Sally and her team has been nothing short of delightful. They have been hands-on, engaging and professional - every single step of the way.

Living in Australia, I had initially held some private reservations before engaging Desert Diamonds - I’m somebody who prefers to be hands-on and involved when it comes to high-emotional investment situations, but I cannot stress how happy and grateful I am that I was persuaded to my full trust in the team. I was not disappointed!

Not only were they true to their word around deadlines and updates - thoroughly timely and thoughtful, providing pictures of updates and keeping me informed every step of the way - but the final product the team crafted was beyond anything I had ever anticipated.

In addition, Sally knowing the names of every single individual involved in crafting my fiancés ring was a sign of a professional who genuinely cares about her business, her coworkers and employees, and the quality of the product she’s putting forward.

My husband and I had contacted Sally about a custom trilogy ring with a large centre stone. Sally was extremely helpful and quick to respond, and that week we were in her office discussing diamond sizes, shapes, weight, clarity, and metal. Shortly after, Sally was able to source all 3 of the required stones and get the CAD drawing sent our way. The turnaround was a matter of weeks, and the ring is just as designed.

Sally is such a lovely woman to work with and really cares about her clients and their happiness.

Wonderful experience with Sally and her team. Purchased a ring for my girlfriend during a Valentines Day vacation in Bangkok. Did not have the specific ring in stock but quickly had one made for us in under a week. Beatiful, simple ring and my girlfriend could not be happier. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my family’s experiences with Desert Diamonds. My son recently purchased a diamond engagement ring and could not have come close to the size and quality of this ring had he purchased it from a traditional brick and mortar shop. I purchased diamond stud earrings as an anniversary/Valentines gift and they are spectacular. in each case Desert Diamonds delivered on time and exceeded our every expectation.
